Peter W. Pena
Managing DirectorPeter is the visionary owner of the thriving Madan coffee
plantation business.
Peters father, also a pioneer coffee planter in the 1950s, was
the first Lutheran missionary to the people of Madan and
surrounds.
Peter grew up in a coffee estate, and his dedication,
expertise, and passion for coffee has propelled his operation
to success, delighting customers with exceptional quality
beans.
Noel J. Butler
ManagerNoel, the skilled manager of Madan coffee
plantation, has been diligently leading the team
since 2022, ensuring smooth operations and
delivering exceptional coffee produce.
Noel has been in Papua New Guinea for over 40 years since 1973.
Began working with one of PNG’s then premier coffee and
cocoa exporter Angco Limited for just shy of 30 years.
