Madan Health & Community Center
The plantation has helped the local community with basic health services such as the Madan Health Clinic Birthing Center, and venue for community meetings established by Dr. Larry Hull and Mrs. Aarlie Hull.
The Local Community
During the harvest season, the plantation and mill provides employment to a workforce of over 700 individuals. In the off-season aka "fly-crop" 400 people are employed. The plantation also provides housing and garden lands for permanent employees.
Conserving The Environment
The plantation is committed to exploring different avenues to sustainable practices and responsible stewardship of the environment. It has a strict policy of NIL chemical weedicides, NIL chemical pesticides and industrial fertilizers to maintain the natural integrity of our coffee.
